Son tutte belle le mamme del mondo, si cantava una volta.
Il Ristorante Mamma Rosa lo è ancor di più. Osteria ed enoteca, l’insegna richiama nel nome la genuinità della tradizione italiana, tramandata di madre in figlio.
L’arte culinaria del nostro Paese è racchiusa in un menu che fa il giro d’Italia, proponendo ricette regionali, cucina di pesce, cucina di carne e prodotti tipici del Made in Italy.
Tutto fatto in casa come un tempo, dal pane (alle olive, integrale, di kamut, con i semi di sesamo e di papavero) alla pasta fresca, passando per le focacce e i golosi dessert.
Patron del ristorante è Valerio Stumpo, chef executive. “L’idea è quella di un ambiente familiare gestito con professionalità”, racconta, “proponiamo una cucina casalinga e raffinata allo stesso tempo”.
Il ristorante Mamma Rosa a Milano si trova in Piazza Cincinnato 4, un tranquillo angolo cittadino a due passi dalla Stazione Centrale e da Porta Venezia.
Il Colosseo o il veneziano Ponte di Rialto, la Torre di Pisa o la senese Piazza del Campo: si mangia immersi nell’arte italiana. Al piano superiore gli affreschi del pittore russo Dmitry Korman accompagnano il percorso gastronomico alla scoperta del Bel Paese, con suggestivi scorci.
Il tutto in un’elegante atmosfera, curata nei dettagli, con tanto di luci cangianti e vetrate in stile Liberty. Al piano inferiore altri murales dello stesso artista raffigurano le dolci colline umbre e toscane e introducono all’ampia e ricca cantina.
E sempre al piano inferiore, nella sala vineria, tutte le sere dalle 21 alle 24.30 c’è il piano bar. Per una piacevole cena accompagnata dalle note della musica dal vivo.

The Mamma Rosa restaurant is even more.
Restaurant and wine shop, the name draws the authenticity of the Italian tradition, handed down from mother to son.
The Italian culinary art is enclosed in a menu that makes the tour of Italy, proposing regional recipes, seafood, meat cuisine and typical Italian products.
Everything you find here it’s homemade, as in the past, from the bread (with olives, whole wheat flour, kamut, with sesame seeds and poppy seeds) to fresh pasta, through the cakes and the delicious desserts.
Owner of the restaurant is Valerio Stumpo, executive chef. He says : “Our idea it’s a Restaurant with a family atmosphere, but managed professionally, here we offer a mix of familiar & refined cuisine at the same time”.
You’ll find The restaurant Mamma Rosa in Milan in Piazza Cincinnato 4, a quiet corner of the city near the Train Central Station and Porta Venezia.
The Colosseum or Venice Rialto Bridge, the Tower of Pisa or Siena Piazza del Campo: you’ll eat with the Italian art. Upstairs the frescoes of the Russian artist Dmitry Korman make you walk through the gastronomic journey and discover the beautiful country, with picturesque views.
All in a typical Italian stylish atmosphere, the attention is focus on details, completed with changing lights and stained glass in Art Nouveau style. Downstairs other murals by the same artist depicting the smooth hills of Umbria and Tuscany and introduce the wide and extensive winery.
And always downstairs in the Hall Winery, every night, from 21 to 24.30 there is the Piano Bar. For a lovely dinner, delicious food & good live music.
